【摘要】 本文对１８０例食管、贲门、胃肿瘤手术前后ＣＢＤ及ＧＢ进行了检测和对比，发现３组病人手术后ＣＢＤ平均值均较手术前增大（Ｐ＜０．０５）。胃癌组变化明显，贲门组次之，后为食管癌组。胃癌组手术后胆囊平均值较术前增大（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果提示：食管、贲门、胃肿瘤手术后ＣＢＤ与ＧＢ的改变可能与手术中迷走神经的损伤有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The common bile duct(CBD)and gallbladder(GB) between pro and post-operations were monitored and contrasted by ultrasonography on 180 patients with esophageal.cardiac and stomachal tumor.The mean value of postoperative CBD increased in three groups (P<0.05).The mean value of postoperative GB increased only in the stomachal tumor group (P<0.01). It suggests that the changes of postoperative CBD and GB may be related to the injury of the vagus nerve during operation.更多还原
