【摘要】 本文报告了经颈胸腹三切口治疗中上段食管瘤４５例，男３８例，女７例。年龄３８岁至６９岁。病变均位于中上段，长度５～１２ｃｍ。病变多为中晚期，病理全部为鳞癌。取右颈右胸和上腹正中切口，病变均获手术切除、其中胃代食管２５例，结肠代食管２０例。无手术死亡。本文就手术方法、消化道重建方式和术后并发症的防治进行探讨，重点讨论胃或结肠代食管的优缺点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forty-five carcinomas in the upper and middle esophagus were resected through 3 cutson the neck,chest and abdomen.In the 45 cases,38 were male and 7 female. Age ranged between 38 and 69. Tumor location was in the upper and middle esophagus,and its length 5～12cm.All the patients suffered from middle or advanced squamocellular carcinomas.The operations were performed with no failure. Replacement of esophagus by stomach were 25,andby colon 20. In this paper,the method of operation,how to rebuild the alimentary tract andpreventive neasures against postoperative complications are discussed.更多还原
