【摘要】 自１９９１年５月至１９９３年５月，我们用ＥＭＭＰ方案治疗晚期恶性肿瘤１７５例：ＣＲ３３例（１９％），ＰＲ９１例（５２％），ＭＲ２１例（１２％），ＮＣ１７例（１０％）．ＰＤ１３例（８％），缓解率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）７１％，总有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ＋ＭＲ）８３％。小细胞肺癌的缓解率为９１％，非小细胞肺癌为６３％，食管癌为６０％，胃癌和乳腺癌均为７０％，结、直肠癌为７５％，肝癌为３３％，甲状腺癌和恶性淋巴瘤均达１００％。中位生存期１１个月。毒副反应较轻，８１例（４６％）有恶心、呕吐，仅２６例（１５％）有白细胞减少，５例（３％）有血小板减少，１４５例（８３％）有脱发，未见心、肝及肾脏功能损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 From May 1991 to May 1993,175 patients with advanced malignancies were treated with the combination of etoposide,methotrexate,mitomycin C and cisplatin(EMMP).The treatment brought the result of 33 cases(19%) of complete remission(CR),91 cases(52%) of partial remission(PR),21 cases(12%) of minimal response(MR),17 cases(10% ) of no change(NC) and 13 cases(8%) of progressive disease(PD).The remission rate(CR+PR) was 71 % and the total effective rate (CR+PR+MR)was 83%.The remission rate was 91% for small cell lung cancer,63% for non-small cell lung concer,60% for esophageal cancer,70% for gastric cancer and breast cancer,75% for colorectal cancer,33% for primary hepatic carcinoma,100% for thyroid carcinoma and malignant lymphoma.The median survival duration was 11 months.The toxicities were mild,81(46%) patients had nausea and vomiting,26(15%) patients had leukopenia,5(3%) patients had thrombocytopenia and 145(83%) patients had alopecia.There was no damage to the function of the heart,the liver and the kidney.更多还原
