食管癌动脉插管化疗中脊髓损伤并发症防治的探讨
Approach to the Complications of Spinal Lesion in Esophageal Arterial Infusion with Chemotherapeutic Agent to Treat Esophageal Carcinoma
【摘要】 本文报告选择性食管动脉内药物灌注治疗中晚期食管鳞癌１５例（３４次），所用化疗药物为ＤＤＰ、ＭＭＣ和ＰＹＭ。其中２例出现脊髓损伤并发症。作者对脊髓损伤并发症的原因，防治措施作了扼要讨论。
【Abstract】 Fifteen cases(34 times) of moderate and advanced esophageal carcinomas were treated with selective esophageal artery infusion of DDP,MMC and PYM. There were 2 patients who had the complication of spinal lesion.The causes of complication and the way of prevention were discussed.
