【Abstract】 The tibe bone marrow of piglets are aspirated, the bone marrowsmears are made by general metheds and the multiplicationcharacteristics of the erythrocytes are observed by a microscopy. Duringdivision of most erythrocytes the nuclear envelopes do not disapear, andno chromosome,asters and spindles appear under microscopes.The firststep of divesion is to form polyloid nuclei;then the nuclei divide intopolynuclear erythrocytes;and finally cytoplasm divides into severalerythrocytes of the same size,similar shape and unified developingstage.更多还原
