【Abstract】 In the present,the morphologic characts on the groth ofeosinophilic granulocyte in the bone marrow has been obser ved by amicroscopy and an electron microscope.In the promyelo cyte there were afew eosinophilic granules. The granules were more abundant with thecells developping.The eosinophilic granules were round in the shape,similar in the size,orange in the colour,same in the content aridmiddle in the electronic density.The boundary line of nuclei were clearand there were a few heterochromatin in the nucleus.更多还原
