【Abstract】 Electroencephalograms (EEC) was obtained from each of 6dogs which had been given ketamine and diazepam IM.The results showedthat both drugs decreased the fraquency and increased the amplitude ofthe EEG,Leading to slow rhythms of lwo frequency and high amplitude.Meantinie,the drugs caused the loss-of pain and consciousness,andmusclc relaxation of the dogs within 5 to 60 miuntcs.It was the bestpcriod for finishing surgery.更多还原
