5A脱蜡分子筛活性下降原因考察
Studies on activity of 5A zeolites for dewaxing
【摘要】 用低温氮吸附、程序升温热脱附(TPD)、远红外光谱(FT—Far—IR)等方法研究了工业脱蜡分子筛活性下降前后的性质.结果发现:脱蜡分子筛活性下降除表面滞留有难以脱去的不饱和有机物外,更可能是由于活性吸附位之一的Ca2+离子活性下降的结果.
【Abstract】 The properties of 5A zeolites for dewaxing were studied with the methads of adsorption,TPD and FT -Far -IR. The results show that the zeolite actvity on dewaxing processes is influenced by the relention of unsaturated compounds and the decay of Calicumion activity. It is much notable that the Calicumion activity falls into decay.
