【摘要】 金钢石（Ｄｉａｍｏｎｄ）镀层做为超硬镀层其力学性一能直接影响镀层的质量［１］。本文利用ＸＲＤ．ＳＣＲＥＡＴＨＴＥＳＴ，ＵＭＨＴＥＳＴＭＩＣＲＯＨＲＡＤＮＥＳＳＴＥＳＴ等技术对硬质合金（ＷＥ－Ｃｏ）刀具表面沉积的金刚石镀层进行了测量和计算；得出了镀层内的残余应力，膜－基间结合力，并对硬度值测不出的原因进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mechnical property of diamond coating being ultia hard surface coating directly affect its quality.In the paper,we measured and caculated the diamond coating on hard metals(WC-Co)tool bit by XRD,SCREATH TEST, UMH TEST,MICROHARDNSS TEST technoolgy.We gained residual stress of the coating,critical load between the coating and substrate.
