WC-Co表面沉积金刚石镀层的力学性能研究
Searching Irto Mechanicai Propesty of Diamond Coating Deposited on WC-Co Allogs Surface
【摘要】 金钢石(Diamond)镀层做为超硬镀层其力学性一能直接影响镀层的质量[1]。本文利用XRD.SCREATHTEST,UMHTESTMICROHRADNESSTEST等技术对硬质合金(WE-Co)刀具表面沉积的金刚石镀层进行了测量和计算;得出了镀层内的残余应力,膜-基间结合力,并对硬度值测不出的原因进行了分析。
【Abstract】 Mechnical property of diamond coating being ultia hard surface coating directly affect its quality.In the paper,we measured and caculated the diamond coating on hard metals(WC-Co)tool bit by XRD,SCREATH TEST, UMH TEST,MICROHARDNSS TEST technoolgy.We gained residual stress of the coating,critical load between the coating and substrate. We did not gain microhardness of the coating by UMH TEST,then we analysed the cause.
