跨音速单转子压气机三维湍流流场的数值计算

【摘要】 用有限体积表示的三维雷诺平均N-S方程显式格式的时间推进法,对一个单转子压气机的三维湍流流场进行了计算。方法中应用了Baldwin-Lomax湍流模型。这个单转子压气机是第39届国际燃气轮机会议作为考核三维流场数值方法的盲题。计算结果与实验实测的结果进行了比较,证明本文提出的方法可以用来验证叶轮机械气动设计。

【Abstract】 The 3D turbulent flow in a transonic single rotor is computed numerically by use of an explicit 3D turbulent time-marching Navier-Stokes solver in finite volume form with the option of applying Baldwin-Lomax turbulent model.This rotor served as the blind test case organized by the ASME Turbomachinery Committee.Its purpose was to provide a forum for a careful assessment of the ability of the various turbomachinery CFD codes available to predict the flow field in modern blading.The computational results by the authors’ method were compared with the experiment and presented in the present paper.It is demonstrated that the present method can be used for checking the aerodynamical design.
