两级涡轮三维无粘定常流场的数值模拟
A NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF THREE DIMENSIONAL INVISCID STEADY FLO W IN A TWO STAGE TURBINE
【摘要】 采用三阶精度TVD格式和隐式近似因子分解方法,求解了某型航空发动机两级低压涡轮的三维稳态流场。控制方程为欧拉方程组,流动损失以分布体积力的形式加入到方程组中。动静叶之间的参数传递采用了一种新的周向平均模型,基于连续流场的假设,各列叶栅的进出口条件采用了新的给定方法。为了证实本文方法的可靠性,与S2流面计算的结果进行了比较。
【Abstract】 The three dimensional inviscid steady fl ow in a two stage LP turbine by using a third order accuracy TVD scheme and the implicit approximate factorization techn ology.The governing equations are the Eu ler equations with distributed body forc es from a loss model.The interaction bet ween two adjacent blade rows is modeled by circumferentially mass averaging.Base d on the assumption that the flow in mul ti stage turbines is continual,a new met hod is proposed for assigning the inlet and outlet boundary conditions of intern al blade rows,aiming at minimizing the e ffect of circumferentially mass averagin g on the exit of the upstream cascade of an interface,specially,when the axial g ap is short.The grid is of the modified “H” type to keep the orthogonality near the blade profiles.The results obtained by the present method are compared with those from a S 2 stream surface Euler so lver.It is verified that these two metho ds agree with each other very well in th e aspect of the turbine performance and the present method has advantages in des cribing the effect of incidence.At last, some suggestions are proposed for the in coming modification of the turbine.
