加石灰焙烧黄铁矿、砷黄铁矿的产物研究

【摘要】 本文研究了在温度500~700℃,石灰用量α为0.4~1.2,时间30~150min范围内加石灰焙烧黄铁矿、砷黄铁矿的硫产物。研究发现:在不降低总硫固定率(Sr)的前提下,可减小CaS、CaSO等有害于氰化浸金的物质生成。最佳焙烧条件;α为0.9~1.0,空气流量为理论量的1.3倍,第一段焙烧温度为550~660℃,第二段是600~650℃,两段焙烧时间分别为2h。

【Abstract】 Within the range of temperature from 500℃ to 700℃, ime consumption α from 0.4 to 1.2,time from 30 to 150min,the sulphides fixed in roasted pyrite or arsenopyrite after roasting by adding lime are studied.It is found that on the premise of no decreasing of toeal fixing rate(St) of sulfide,the generating of sulphides as Cas,Caso3 etc in the roasted pyrite or arsenopyrite which are unfavorable to gold cyaniding can be cut down by such kind roasting.The optimal conditions of such kind roast are that the lime consumption a equal to 0.9 ̄1. 0, actual air flow is 1.3 times of its theoretical flow,roastins temperature is 550℃ ̄660℃ in first stage and 600℃ ̄650℃ in second stage,the time of controlled roast conducted in each stage is the same two hours.
