【摘要】 研究了杀虫剂单甲脒对斜生栅藻（Ｓｃｅｎｅｄｅｓｍｕｓｏｂｌｉｑｕｕｓ）和蛋白核小球藻（Ｃｈｌｏｒｅｌｌａｐｙｒｅｎｏｉ－ｄｏｓａ）的短期和长期毒性。用细胞密度计算出的４８ｈＥＣ＿（５０）分别为１．４２和１．４１ｍｇ／Ｌ，９６ｈＥＣ＿（５０）分别为１．６７和１．６２ｍｇ／Ｌ长期毒性试验结果表明，经试验初期的抑制后，杀虫剂单甲脒能促进藻类繁衍。更多还原

【Abstract】 The algae growth inhibition test and long-toxicity studies of N-（2,4-Dimethyphenyl）-N’-Methylamidine hydrochloride（monoformamidine）on Scendesmus obliquus and Chlorella pyrenoidosa were carried out in an illuminating incubator（24±℃, L:D=12:12）.The 96 h EC₅₀ for both Scenedesmus obliquus and chlorella pyrenoidosa was 1.67 and 1.62 mg/L repectivelly.The long-term tests indicate that monoformamidine insecticide may promote the growthof algae through first several days inhibition at 0.12-31.25 mg/L of nominated concentra-tion.更多还原
