双硫腙—醋酸丁酯萃取火焰原子吸收法测定海水中微量锌
Determination of Trace Zinc in Seawater by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with Dithizone-n-Butyl Acetate Extraction
【摘要】 研究了用双硫腙—醋酸丁酯萃取火焰原子吸收法测定海水中微量锌的最佳条件.实验表明,在pH7~8时能定量萃取锌。方法的相对标准偏差为3.1%,加标回收率为93%~100%,检出限为0.84μg/L。
【Abstract】 The optimal conditions for the determination of trace zinc in seawater are studied with flame atomic absorption spectrometry with dithizone-n-butyl acetate extraction. The experimental results show that zinc in the pH 7~8 can be quantitatively extracted. The relative standard deviation is 3.1% and recovery for the added standard zinc reaches 93%-100%. The detection limit for zinc is 0.84ug/L.
