厌氧滤池、膨胀床和流化床的消化特性
Digestion Characteristcs of Anaerobic Filter, Anaerobic Expanded-bed and Anaerobic Fluidized-bed Processes
【摘要】 采用厌氧滤池、厌氧膨胀床和厌氧流化床处理中等浓度含酚废水,CODcr,酚去除率分别达到约70%、99%,沼气产率达到0.728~0.938m~3/m~3d.其中,厌氧膨胀床的消化效率最佳,而采用的回流量居中,动力消耗适当.3种工艺污泥产率很低,处理1m~3污水最高排泥量仅为32.1gm~3污水.因此,厌氧膨胀床是一种处理含酚废水的有效工艺.
【Abstract】 Anaerobic filter, anaerobic expanded-bed and anaerobic fluidized-bed were applied to treat artificial organic wastewater containing median strength phenol. Removal efficiencies of CODcr and phenol were achieved about 70% and 99% respectively. Biogas producing rate was 0.728-0.938m3/?.d. Among them the digestion efficiency of the anaerobic expanded-bed was the best. Its circulatory flow and electrical energy consumption were median. Sludge yields of these processes were very low. The highest one of them was 32.1g surplus sludge per 1 m3 wastewater treated. Therefore anaerobic expanded-bed is an efficient process of phenol-containing wastewater treatment.
