14C—p,p′-DDE在亚热带土壤中的行为

【摘要】 用14C-标记的化合物研究了p,p'-DDE在我国亚热带地区杭州黄松土旱地和淹水的土壤中的行为。P,P'-DDE在旱地土壤中的消失速度要比淹水土壤中快。在淹水土壤中,它的总残留半减期为43天,而在旱地土壤中仅为25天.在两种条件下P,P'-DDE在分布模式上无明显差异.14C-p,p'-DDE残留的大部分集中在土壤剖面的2cm以内。无论在旱地中还是在水田中,14C-p,p'-DDE都是很稳定的,它的残留提取物中大部分(90%以上)仍然是p,p'-DDE。

【Abstract】 C-labelled p,p’-DDE was used to study the behavior of p,p’-DDE in " Fluvio Marine Yellow Loamy soil" under upland and flooded conditions at Hangzhou, the subtropical area in China. The dissipation of p,p’-DDE in the soil under upland condition is faster than flooded condition. The half-life of p,p’-DDE residue in soil is 43 days for flooded condition, and only 25 days for upland. There is no big difference in the distribution pattern of p,p’-DDE for both conditions. Most of 14C-p,p’-DDE residue is concentrated within the layer of 0-2cm in soil. The p,p’-DDE is very stable in soil in both cases, and 14C-p,p’-DDE still take about 90% of the total 14C-activity in the methanol extractable residue even 43 weeks after tyeatment.
