【Abstract】 Two methods for preparing 15-(p-125I iodophenyl)-pentadecanoic acid werecompared. Within one hour IPPA can be easily labelled with 125I by theiodine-isotope exchange. In contrast to the direct labelling method of PPA, thismethod gives a 70% radio-chemical yield and the product with high purity.更多还原
