【Abstract】 Siting of hazardous waste treatment facilities wasexemplified to make an in--depth discussion on how to deal with the environmental conflicts occurred in siting public facilities (or those not in my backyard), to identify the possible solutions to this problem, and to discuss the existence,solitarity, Paretp optimality and fairness of a solution, as well as the validity of preventing falseinformation from being reported.
