【Abstract】 A mildew preventive for food and feed,dimethyl fumarate,is synthesized by two steps,i.e.,first, maleic anhydride transforms into fumaric acid; then,fumaric acid is esterified with methanol,the product is made from.The purity of the product is 99.80%,other quality indexes achieve to specification requirements.The process has a simple operation,a lower energy consumption,a litter of environmet pollution,and has obviously economlc and social benefit.更多还原
