焦炉焦化模型开发——热物理参数计算模型开发(Ⅰ)
Model Development of Coke Oven Cokemaking Process——Thermal Physics Parameter-computing Model
【摘要】 焦化过程是一个伴随有物理、化学变化的传热过程,建立焦化模型,必须首先从煤高温于馏机理出发建立煤热分解时的热物理参数(如比热、密度、收缩率.传热系数等)随其化学组成和结构变化的模型.并利用该模型建立煤与焦的热量与物质传递模型.本文详细讨论了焦化过程中煤的热物理参数计算及其仿真.
【Abstract】 Cokemaking process is a heat transfer process combined with physical and chemical changes. To set up the coking model, it is necessary to develop the thermal physics parameter-computing (such as heat specific, density, perosity, thermal conduc-tivity) model when the coal decomposition based on the principle of coal-distillation, which changes corresponding to chemical component and construction of the coal. And then develop the heat and mass transfer model of coal and coke. In this paper, the compu-tation and simulation of thermal physics parameter of coal of cokemaking process has been discussed in detail.
