【摘要】 本文总结了“国家防讯指挥系统(NCFS)工程项目可行性研究”的情况和规划工作的进展,并对NCFS建设中若干问题进行了探讨.

【Abstract】 In this paper tne authers summarise the work for tne feasibie research of the Na-tional C’ontrol Flood System (NCFS) Project and summarise the advancement of the program work.The anthers aslo discuss sonic problems in NCFS construction.
