硼酸锌在阻燃过程中的行为
BEHAVIOUR OF ZINC BORATE IN FLAME RETARDATION
【摘要】 通过热力学计算和求助于实验及红外光谱分析,探讨了硼酸锌在聚氯乙烯(PVC)阻燃过程中卤化硼的生成条件.卤化硼的产生破坏了三氧化二硼阻燃玻璃体造成阻燃元素硼的损失,对阻燃不利.
【Abstract】 By the thermodynamic calculation, experiment and infrared (rays) spectrumanalysis, the conditions of boron halide formatinn when PVC was burned were addressed. It isfound that when boron halide is produced, the B2O3 glass layer is destroyed and element boronvolatilized, that is unfavorable to flame retarding.
