B型粘结焊剂的物性测试和岩相分析
PHYSICAL PROPERTY AND LITHOFACIES OF B-TYPE ADHESIVE FLUX FOR AUTOMATIC SUBMERGED-ARC WELDING
【摘要】 B型焊剂是一种适用于低合金高强度结构钢埋弧自动焊接的新型粘结焊剂.经测定,其熔化温度为1253~1259℃,结晶温度大于1464℃,熔渣粘度为5~10dPa·s(1575~1600℃),属于高碱度“短性渣”焊剂.光学显微镜、扫描电镜和电子能谱分析结果表明,焊渣中主要物相是尖晶石(约占75%),按结晶速度和析出方式不同,形成三种结晶形态.渣中存在少量粒度分布不均、周边镶嵌尖晶石相的方镁石,这是焊剂原料中未能完全熔化的镁砂颗粒.以上研究结果为改进焊剂使用性能、制订焊接规范提供了依据
【Abstract】 B-type adhesive flux is a high basicity "short slag" flux and applicable toautomatic submerged-arc welding for low alloy-high strength structure steel. Its melting tem perature is 1253~1259℃ and crystallization is above 1464℃. The viscosity of molten slag is5~10 dPa’s at 1550~1600℃. Investigation by means of optical analysis, scaning electron mi croscope and electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis shows that the welding slag consistsof spinels, enstatite, periclasite, fluorspar, perofshite and glassy phase. There are three groupsof spinel constituents: (a)constituents which crystallize out of solution as dendrites or as skele tal crystals, (b) those which grow to be fully developed crystals and (c) that is completelyembeded on the edge of periclasite. The periclasite embeded with spinel has nonuniform sizeand remains unaltered as magnesite grain. It is an original milleral constituent which does notdissolve into the molten flux completely during the welding process. The above results helpsus in improving the adhesive flux performance and determining the technical specifications forautomatic submerged-arc welding industry.
