水热合成技术的研究和应用──Ⅵ.钛酸钙电子陶瓷晶体粉末的制备研究
STUDY ON PREPARATION OF CALCIUM TITANATE CRYSTALLINE POWDER BY HPT
【摘要】 采用水热法合成CaTiO3电子陶瓷晶体粉末,以Ca(OH)2和Ti(OH)2为水热合成前驱物,制备前驱物的原料选用Ca(NO3)2或CaO及TiCl4,水热体系的KOH浓度为0.1~1.6mol/L,水热温度为150~2000℃,时间20~60min.实验结果表明在各自实验范围均能有效合成CaTiO3,推荐合成条件为175℃、30min、水热体系KOH浓度0.2mol/L.文中对合成机理进行了初步讨论.
【Abstract】 Calcium titanate crystalline powder was hydrothermally synthesized from precursors Ca(OH)2 and TiO(OH)2. The raw materials for precursors were TiCl4 and either Ca(NO3)2 or CaO. The experimental results show that CaTiO3 can be prepared under the hydrothermal collditions of 0.1~0.6 mol/L KOH, 150~200℃ and 20~60 min, and 0.2 mol/L KOH, 175℃ and 30 min are the optimal conditions. A preliminary exploration of the mecha nism for hydrothermal synthesis of CaTiO3 are also presented.
