【摘要】 以氯乙酸母液和氢气为原料，开发了氢解制氯乙酸的新工艺。文中介绍了氢解反应原理和工艺流程，并介绍了母液预处理、催化剂筛选及氢解反应条件等试验。中试连续运转的结果表明，工艺路线合理可行，催化剂活性稳定，单程氢解产品产率达到９４％以上，产品氯乙酸的质量达到行业标准，装置运行安全可靠。该方法的经济、环境、社会效益显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new process of production of chloroacetic acid from mother liquor of chloroacetic acid by hydrogenolysis has been developed.This paper describes the principle ofhydrogenation reaction, test equipment,process flow, pretreatment of the mother liquor, screening of catalysts and factors affecting hydrogenation reaction,The results of consecutiveoperation of a pilot plant showed that the process was reasonable and feasible;the activityof the selected catalyst was stable; the yield of product by hydrogenolysis for one cyclecame up to more than 94%;the quality of chloroacetic acid product met trade standards;the plant operated safely and reliably with remarkable economic,environmental and socialbenefits.更多还原
