【Abstract】 The soot water of pressured water-coal slurry gasification unit, Lunan Chemical fertilizer plant presents itself as a basic water with high hardness and pH value and is liable to scale seriously. The gasifiction process being operated at high temperature and pressure strengthened the scaling tendency in soot water system, inhibiting to great extent the ammonia production. The industrial water processing center under Tianjin Chemical Institute of Ministry of Chemical Industry has applied the scale dispersion agent of type TS-1213 developed by its own to solving effectively the problem of scale deposition in sool-water system.更多还原
