【Abstract】 In this paper, accumulation of inorganic ions of the part of seedlings above the earth of Puccinellia tenuiflora was studied under the different salt concentration stress, and changes in contents of Na+, K+ and soluble salt content were analysed. The result indicated that the seedlings of P. tenuiflora absorbed a large number of inorganic ions as their osmotic adjustment matters to defend salt stress.更多还原
