人工老化大豆种子膜脂质的过氧化研究
The Menbrane Lipid Peroxidation of the Artificial Aging Soybean Seed
【摘要】 在人工老化条件下(RH75.4%,45℃),随着劣变加剧,大豆种子的膜透性增加,脂质过氧化产物MDA含量升高,H2O2和浓度升高,而SOD和CAT活性则明显下降.由此可以认为.在人工老化过种中,大豆种子内H2O2和的消除系统产生障碍.H2O2和积累,造成膜脂质的过氧化作用加剧
【Abstract】 In this paper, the membrane lipid peroxidation of soybean seed was studied, Inresponse to the artificial aging, membrane permeability, contents of malondealdehyde and O2increased. on the other hand, the activity of the superoxide dis mutase decteased. Therefare, it is reasonable to suggest that the membrane lipid of the soybean seed was peroxidized seriously by and it may would play an important role in the artificial senecence of soybean seed.
