锻坯超声波探伤智能化
Intelligent Ultrasonic Detection in Forge
【摘要】 本文介绍了利用计算机对锻坯超声波探伤初始化工作及数据进行分析处理的基本原理及程序设计方法,描述了超声波探伤中声速标定、零点校准、灵敏度调节、缺陷定位、定量分析的基本数学模型和计算机处理过程。给出了系统结构总框图。
【Abstract】 The principle and program of data process and initialization of ultrasonic detection by computers are described. Mathmatic model and computer processing including determination of acousticvelocity and zero-point. adjustment of sensitivity,Location of defect and analysis of quantativity, are introduced Main program frame is given.
