含稀土化合物的金属阳极涂层研究(Ⅰ)
A Study of Metallic Anode Coatings with Rare Earth Compounds (Ⅰ)
【摘要】 在氧化钌-氧化钛金属阳极涂层中掺杂少量的稀土化合物,通过特定的工艺过程,制得二十八种金属阳极新涂层。经过比较,发现掺杂Y、La、Pr、Tb-甘氨酸配合物的涂层,具有低的析氯电位,较高的祈氧电位和较好的抗氧腐蚀性能,进一步改善了钌钛涂层的电催化性质。
【Abstract】 During the specific technical processes of production of RuO2-TiO2 coatings, doped with a small number of the rare earth compounds, twenty eight new coatings of metallic anode are obtained. By comparision, the coatings doped with Y, La, Pr, Tb-glycine complexes are found to have lower chlorine liberation potential, higher oxygen liberation potential and better antioxygen corrosion. It further improve the electrocatalysis of RuO2-TiO2 coatings.
