羧酸二茂铁为介体的生物传感器的研究
Ferrocenemonocarboxylic Acid-Mediatored Glucose Biosensor
【摘要】 本文采用羧酸二茂铁碳糊修饰电极为基体电极,以牛血清白蛋白和戊二醛为交联剂将葡萄糖氧化酶固定在此电极上,并敷一层浸有Nafion的尼龙网,制成葡萄糖生物传感器。这种介体修饰电极传感器用于测定葡萄糖浓度,其线性范围在5.0×10-4~1.4×10-2mol/L之间,响应时间为40s。该传感器具有灵敏度高,选择性和重现性好等优点。
【Abstract】 An amperometric enzyme electrode for the analysis of glucose is described. Glucose biosensor has been constructed by using bovine serum albumin and glutaraldehyde as cross linkers to immobilize glucose oxidase on the carbon paste electrode surface modified with Ferrocenemo nocarboxylic acid, then covered with Nylon net dipped with Nafion. The biosensor shows a linear response between 5.0×10-4 and 1.4×10-2 mol/L with a response time of 40 seconds. The glucose biosensor has advantages of selectivity and sensitivity.
