卧式V型管管壁温度特性及临界热负荷的研究

【摘要】 本文对卧式V型管高压汽水两相流的传热特性进行了试验研究.试验参数为:压力P=4~14MPa,质量流速G=400~1000kg/(m2·s),进口干度xi=-0.328~0.98,热负荷q=0~350kW/m2,管径为32×3mm,直管段倾角α=10°.在上述参数范围内研究了压力、质量流速、进口干度和热负荷对管壁温度特性的影响.根据试验得到了计算临界热负荷的关系式.该式可用来预测卧式V型管弯头上、下游部分的传热恶化条件.为沸腾燃烧锅炉中卧式V型埋管、锅炉炉膛出口凝渣管等的设计与运行提供了可靠依据.

【Abstract】 In this Paper an investigation on heat transfer of the high pressure vaPOur--water twophase flow in a horizontal V--shaped tube was carried out. The experimental parameters are:Pressure P=4 ̄14MPa, mass velocity G ̄ 400 ̄ 1000kg/ (m2.s), Inlet quality xi=- 0.328 ̄3280. 98 and heat flux q=0 ̄350kW/m2. The dimension of the tube 32×3mm,and the inclinedangle of the tube α=10°. Under these conditions, the influence of pressure, mass velocity, inletquality and heat flux on the wall temperature of the tube was investigated. According to theexperimental results, correlations to predict critical heat flux were obtained. These correlationscan be used to predict the conditions of heat transfer crisis at the upstream and downstream ofthe bend of the horizontal V-shaped tube, supplying useful base for the design and operation ofthe horizontal V-shaped buried tubes in F. B. C (fluidized bed combustion boiler) and theslag screens at the exit of the boiler furnace, and so on.
