工艺管振动应变状态的测试
Measurement of Vibration Strain State of the Operation Pipe
【摘要】 针对某核反应堆工艺管断裂破坏的原因,进行了堆内动态应力振动形态测试.介绍了堆内应变计的粘贴与防护问题.测试结果表明,工艺管各截面应力随管位和流量的改变而变化.根据同一截面应力与位移的对比关系可推知,动态位移很大,运动轨迹为弓形回旋运动,致使工艺管产生很大的动态变形.这是导致工艺管破坏的主要原因.
【Abstract】 This paper presents some progrese in the measurement of dynamic stress and vibration state in a heavy water reactor,in an effort to discover the cause for the damage of the operation pipe. The problems of fixing and protecting strain gauges under radiation and water-scouring conditions were solved successfully. In addition, it was found that the wires used in aeroplanes could replace the anti-radiation armoured cables to carry out measure-ments in the reactor.It was shown by the measurement results that the section stress of the operation pipe varied with the change of its position and the quantity of flow through it. Although dynamic stress was not remarkable, dynamic displacement was great. This conclusion was drawn from the contrast relationship between stress and displacement of the same section. The bow-shaped swivel movement caused great dynamic deformation, which was the main cause for the breaking of the operation pipe.
