含五硫化九铜(Cu9S5)导电性腈纶的结构和性能
THE STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF CONDUCTIVE PAN FIBER CONTAINING Cu9S5
【摘要】 采用广角X-射线扫描、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热法、比电阻测定等方法,对含不同量Cu_9S_5导电成分的导电性腈纶的结构和性能进行分析。研究表明,含Cu_9S_5导电性腈纶的高序区大分子间等距离排列的现整性显著降低,而结构单元平行排列状态以及纤维的宏形态结构无明显变化;腈纶中Cu_9S_5含量在12.5%以上则具有良好的导电性,具有P型半导体的导电特征;纤维的物理机械性能无明显劣化,但其热性能受到一定程度的影响。
【Abstract】 By means of WAXD, SEM,DSC and resistance determination, the structure and properiies of conductive PAN fiber with different content of conductive compound Cu9S5 are analysed.The results shows that the molecular normalization in high ordered region decreases distinctly due to the influence of Cu9S5, but there is a less change on the oriented structure of the unit and macrostructure of the fiber. When the content of Cu9S5 within PAN fiber is up to 12.5%,the fiber has an excellent conductivity and the conductive characteristics of the se- mi-conduct type-P. The conductive PAN fiber keeps a good physical mechanical property, while it’s thermal property is influenced to some extent.
