CaCO3增韧R-PVC材料的性能研究

【摘要】 用CaCO3增韧R-PVC复合材料,探讨了CaCO3粒径、偶联剂种类对R-PVC材料性能的影响,对冲击试样断口进行了SEM分析。研究结果表明,CaCO3粒径在0.1μm左右,用钛酸酯偶联剂处理,含量在12份时,复合材料综合性能最佳,其屈服强度51.4MPa,断裂伸长率132%,缺口冲击强度18.6kJ/m2

【Abstract】 The properties of the R-PVC composite toughened by CaCO3 are reported . The influences of the diameter of the CaCO3 particles and the variety of the coupling agent on the composite properties have been investigated . The broken section of the impact sample was analysed by SEM . Results show that for the case where the titanate is used as the coupling agent , when the content of titanate is about 12phr., and the diameter of the CaCO3 is around 0.1 μm , the composite shows the best overall properties . including a tensile strength of 51.4MPa , an impact strength of 18. 6kJ/m2 , and a broken elongation of 132%. .
