硅灰石及玻纤复合填充改性聚丙烯的研究
Study of Calcium Silicate and Glass Fiber Compound Filled Polypropylene
【摘要】 研制成了硅灰石、玻纤复合填充改性聚丙烯树脂,并对其力学性能和结晶行为进行了考查和研究。实验结果表明,硅灰石、玻纤等无机填料在聚丙烯结晶过程中起成核剂作用,聚丙烯仍为α晶型,填充聚丙烯具有强度大、模量高、耐热性能好等优良的使用性能,是很有前景的改性材料。
【Abstract】 Calcium sillicate (Si) and Glass Fiber (G) compound filled polypropylene (Si/G/PP) is a new modified PP resin , in this paper , its mechanical properties、crystallization behavior and morphology were studied . The results shown that the two fillers were heterogeneous nucleation agents . The filled PP resin still was α-crystal and its mechanical properties was satisfactory.
