玻纤增强不饱和聚酯团状模塑料的研究进展

【摘要】 综述了玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯团状模塑料两大关键性技术问题即收缩控制和耐冲击性能改善的研究与进展。尤其着眼于研究弹性体低收缩剂这一发展趋势,介绍了各类弹性体改善耐冲击性能和制品收缩率的机理及其特点。

【Abstract】 Chopped fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester bulk molding compounds (BMC) show two key technical problems , the shrinkage that is difficult to controll , and the high impact strength to be achieved . In this paper , how to deal these problems was reviewed , with special focus on the study of the elastic low shrinkage additives . The mechanisms of improving the impact properties and shrinkage of the elastomers were also described.
