磁性超晶格中交换耦合的自由电子模型研究
Free Electron Model Study on Interlayer Exchange Coupling in Magnetic Superlattice
【摘要】 利用自由电子模型,计算了超晶格中层间交换耦合随铁磁层和非磁层厚度的关系.在相同的参数下,振荡周期与铁磁-非磁层的对数有关.而层间耦合随铁磁层厚度的变化曲线中存在两个振荡周期,因而出现拍频现象
【Abstract】 Based on the free electron model,we calculated the variation of interlayer exchange coupling with the thickness of magnetic and nonmagnetic layers.We find that the oscillation period of the coupling with respect to the thickness of nonmagnetic layer is related with the pairs of magnetic-nonmagnetic layer and the density of electrons in the superlattice.In addition,there are two oscillation periods in the exchange coupling dependence of the thickness of magnetic layer.
