磁性-非磁性合金颗粒薄膜巨磁电阻的唯象理论
A Phenomenlogical Theory for Giant Magnetoresistance in Magnetic-Nonmagnetic Granular Alloy Films
【摘要】 首次利用随机的自相关函数来描述互不固溶的磁性-非磁性颗粒薄膜体系中传导电子的散射势,求得了该体系的电阻率与颗粒尺度的一个函数关系、进而,通过引入一个唯象因子以刻划在饱和外磁场下关联长度的增加,得到了巨磁电阻系数的解析表达式,计算结果显示,理论与实验符合得较好,与其他理论的比较表明,这一唯象理论的物理图象有其直观和简洁的特点.
【Abstract】 in this paper we first give a description of stochastic self-correlation function for the scattering potential of conduction electrons in immiscible magneticnonmagnetic granular alloy systems.A function relation is obtained between the resistivity of the system and the scale of the granules.Moreover,by introducing a phenomenlogical factor to describe the increasing of the correlation length under the external magnetic field,we get an analytical expression for giant magnetoresistance.The calculations show that the our theoretical results fit the experimental observations quite well.The phenomenlogical theory is both intuitive and simple compared with other approaches.
