巨磁电阻效应中的声子贡献
Effect of Phonon on Giant Magnetoresistance in Magnetic Multilayers
【摘要】 研究在磁多层膜系统中晶格所起的作用,以探讨依赖于自旋散射的微观起源.我们利用凝胶模型并在Debye近似情况下,对Feimi而附近由声子引起的电子结构的变化进行了研究,并由此考虑了电子能带自旋劈裂的声子影响,从而讨论了巨磁电阻系数并比较了不考虑声子的情况,得到了在电声相互作用下电子更为局域的结论,使得实验结果与理论计算相一致,克服了以前计算偏大的不足
【Abstract】 The microscopic origin of the giant magnetoresistance in magnetic multilayers is ascribed to spin-dependent scattering caused by lattice.We report our discovery that the electronic structure around the Fermi surface,and hence the magnetore sistance can be affected by the electron-phonon interaction.An expression of the giant magnetoresistance with the electron-phonon interaction taken into account is obtained and compared with the experimental results.
