催化动力学光度法测定痕量碘
A KINETIC SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC METHOD ON THE DETERMINATION OF TRACE IODIDE
【摘要】 本文研究了在pH=6.4的邻苯二甲酸氢钾-氢氧化钠介质中,痕量I-对过氧化氢氧化铬黑T褪色新指示反应,其反应的表现活化能为76.59kJ·mol-1,表观速度常数k=3.02×10-3S-1,半衰期T1/2为3.829min,该反应为一级反应。由此建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量碘的新方法。本方法的测定范围为0~0.5ug/25ml,Sandell灵敏度为5.2×10-7ug/cm2,是目前动力学光度法测定I-的灵敏体系之一。本方法简便、快速、稳定性高,对KCL试剂中I- 的测定,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 A new method has been studied based on the fact that trace I-catalyzes the discoloring reaction of Eriochrome black T with hydrogen peroxide. The apparent activation energy is 76. 59KJ. mol-1. The half life period (1T1/2) is 3. 829 minutes and it is a first order reaction.The Sandell Sensitivity of the method is 5. 2×10-7ug I-/cm2. The range of measurement is0-20ug I--/25ml. The method has been applied.
