L-抗坏血酸对蚕豆根尖细胞核畸变的拮抗效应
Antagonism of L-ascorbic acid against radiation induced cell nuclei aberration of root tip in Vicia faba
【摘要】 蚕豆种子在60Co-Y射线照射前后,分别用抗坏血酸溶液浸泡处理,统计根尖细胞染色体畸变率和间期细胞微核率。结果:在一定照射剂量范围内,种子在照射前用抗坏血酸处理可有效降低染色体畸变率和微核率,以较低浓度抗坏血酸溶液处理照射后的种子亦可产生类似的效果。抗坏血酸对种子辐射损伤的拮抗效应与抗坏血酸溶液浓度、处理时间及照射剂量有关。
【Abstract】 Pea seeds were soaked in the solutions of ascorbic acid (AA )prior to andposterior to 60Co-Yirradiation. Chromosome aberration frequency(cAF )at metaphase,anaphase and telophase and micronucleus frequency(MF)at interphase were determined respectively.The experimental resultes showed that the treatment of AA prior to irradiationdecreased both CAF and MF within a certain extent of dosage;the treatment with low con-centration solutlons of AA following irradiation resulted in similar effects. Antagonism ofascorbic acid against radiation damages related to concentration of AA ,soaking period andirradiation dosage direactly.
