【Abstract】 Effects of three concentration reagents mixed benzoic acid with 6-BA on the fresh preservation of garlic scape were determined. The results showed that the reagents could reduce the loss of the weight, remain the more nutritive meterials,such as soluble saccharide,protein and chlorophyll.Of the three reagents, better combination is benzoic acid (100 mg/L) with 6-BA (100 mg/L).
