CPPU类细胞分裂素类物质的合成及在农业上的应用
SYNTHESIS AND AGRICULTURAL APPLICATION OF CPPU,A NEW CYTOKININ-LIKE REGULATOR
【摘要】 介绍了ＣＰＰＵ（Ｎ－（２－氯－４－吡啶基）－Ｎ＇－苯基脲）的三种化学合成方法，详细论述了ＣＰＰＵ等化合物在大田作物、蔬菜、花卉、果树以及组织培养方面的用途，并讨论了ＣＰＰＵ的作用机理。
【Abstract】 Among the synthesized phenylureas,CPPU( N-(2-chloro-4-pyridyl)-N’-phenylurea)showed the highest cytokinin-like actevity.In the paper three chemical syn-thesis methods of CPPU were described,its application to crop,vegetable,flower,fruittree and tissue culture was reviewed and its act mechanism was discussed.
