【Abstract】 This paper presents a notable influence of the AICAD/CAM on the machine building industry or construction. For the first time. the artificial intell igence (AI) with computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) is described, shortened as AICAD/CAM. Then we give the interesting examples of AICAD/CAM used in industry for construction. Finally a completely new concept, called the computer aided civil engineering manufacturing (shortened CAEM), is originated. If using the CAEM system, a edifice is built as easily as the boys construct a house with building blocks.
