蜗壳结构对离心式风机性能影响

【摘要】 从探讨火电厂离心式风机运行效率较低的原因入手,着重分析了风机蜗壳和叶轮的适配关系,并就此进行了试验研究,结果表明:适当减小风机蜗壳的张开度,将使风机的实际运行效率和调节效率均有一定程度的提高。对以安全、经济运行为目的的电站风机的节能改造提供了一条较为经济可行的途经。

【Abstract】 This paper starts with the cause of the centrifugal fans usually working at lower efficiency in thermal power plant. The adaptation between volute and impeller of centrifugal fan is mainly analysed, and experimental study is done.The results shows that if the expanding rate of volute is properly reduced then the working efficiency and the regulation efficiency will be increased. An adaptable method to improve fans in power plant for saving energy is presented.
