曲面拟合理论在离心式风机调节性能曲线上的应用
THE APPLICATION OF CURVED SURFACE IMITATION THEORY TO ADJUSTABLE PERFORMANCE OF CENTRIFUGAL FANS
【摘要】 锅炉送、引风机是电厂的重要辅机之一,准确地监测其运行状态和及时的调整其运行方式是实现机组安全、经济运行的重要手段。为此,本文以曲面拟合理论为基础,以试验数据为依据,采用最小二乘方法,建立了离心式风机调节性能曲线的数学模型。研究表明:该数学模型通用性强,可靠性高。满足工程要求,为实施送、引风机的在线监测和安全、经济运行提供了可靠的理论依据。
【Abstract】 Boiler foals fans and draft fain are important auxiliaries in power plant. Monitor the operating conditions exactly and adjust the operation scheme of the fans in time areimportant means to achieve safe and economic operation of the unit. Therefore, a mathematicmodel of adjustable performance of centrifugal fans is developed on the basis of experimentdata and curved surface imitation theory, and the least square theory is adopted. It is shownthat this model is utility arid reliable, and meet engineering damnd, and so, it offers a reliabletheoretic basis to carry out on-line monitoring, safe and economic operation of the fans.
