【摘要】 报告64例肺结核住院病人T细胞亚群,红细胞及体液免疫功能对比研究结果。发现进展期病人T3、T4、T4／T8、RBC－C3bRR明显低于正常,C3、IgG明显高于正常,即存在“免疫分离”现象。恢复期病人以上六项指标都有明显好转。认为检测此六项免疫指标有助于疫情判定,疗效估计,从而指导治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 We report the study of T cell subgroup、 red cell imtnunity and humoral immunity of fifty case puImonary tuberculosis patients in processive or recovery stage,control to health people. The results show in processive stage patients、T3、T4、 RBCC3bRR decrease signiflcantly, IgG 、C3increase signifilantly, it’s "immunity divorce". In recovery stage all above indicators become beter slgnifcontly, in patient being of no effect to chemotherapy all above indicators do not become beter,even worse,indicate may became refractory pulmonary tuberculosis.更多还原
