【Abstract】 The homogeneity of each stage extract of humon cancer low activity CSF was studied with chromatography and electrophoreses. The result showed that the homogeneity was lower. The CSF was extracted from hydrothorax resulted from the transmitting of thyroid cancer and mastocarcinoma into thoracic cavithy. It was supposedthat the molecular structure of CSF might be similiar to lung cancer’s.It was again proved that the electropheresis property and chromatography peak of CSF are different between kuman and mouse, which was likely to be the result of the difference of CSF molecular structure.更多还原
