【Abstract】 The thesis makes a detailed study on Pennisetum longissimum. The results are as follows: The root is hexarch, the metaxylem occupies the center section. There arc two vascular bundles in the coleptilc, which outside epidermis is composed of long cell and slomatal apparatus, the stomatal apparatus is situated in both sides of the vascular bundle and failed into lines. The inside and outside epidermis of leaf sheath is composed of long cell, stomatal apparatus and single cell hair, there are eleven to nineteen collateral vascular bundles in the leaf sheath. The lamina’s epidermis is composed of long cell, stomatal apparatus and epidermis hair, adding to bulliform cell in upper epidermis, the mesophyll doesn’t differentiate into palisade tissue and spong tissue, the vascular sheath is Kranz-type’s structure.更多还原
